ForwardOffice Mobile Application Privacy Statement

• Forward Computers Limited does not receive or store any data from the Application other than usage statistics gathered via standard methods appropriate to the Application platform.
• Any data collected by the Application is only shared with the ForwardOffice Server implimented by the Client.
• Any data collected will not be shared with any other Third Party via the Application.
• All data sent to the Server is business releated only. No personal data outside the application will be sent or recorded on the Server.
• The device location may be recorded on the Server when specific events are triggered by the User in the Application.
• The Application will attempt to remove sensitive Customer data from the device once the data is transmitted to the Server. However, this is ultimately the responsibility of the User and Client.
• Voice recording is used for dictation purposes only.

• Forward Computers Limited, FCL: The software publisher.
• ForwardOffice: A suite of software and services provided by Forward Computers Limited.
• Application: The mobile application published by Forward Computers Limited, as part of ForwardOffice.
• Client: A client of Forward Computers Limited.
• User: The user of the Application employed by the Client.
• Server: The Client's hosted implemenation of ForwardOffice.
• Device: The Device on to which the Application is installed.
• Customer: The customer of the Client.
